What they were dealing with.
Physicians at Atlas were spending over three hours per shift on documentation. That is time taken directly away from patients. Burnout was rising and the quality of notes was inconsistent, which was causing billing errors downstream.
What we built.
We built a system that listens to physician patient conversations, generates structured clinical notes automatically and pushes them into their Epic records for review. Doctors check and approve, but they are not starting from scratch every time.
