Brightpath's administrative teams were drowning. Admissions involved manually reviewing thousands of applications. Student records lived in four different systems that did not talk to each other. Compliance reports took two weeks to produce each quarter. Staff were working evenings and weekends just to keep up.
What we built.
We built a unified student data platform that connected all four legacy systems through a single API layer. On top of that we deployed an admissions screening tool that reads and scores applications automatically, surfacing the strongest candidates for human review. Compliance reports now generate in minutes, not weeks.
